CaracUP

CaracUP is the easiest way to encode a text for html.
Very light, fast, and easy to use, this application encode, for example, the character "é" into "é" or "€" into "€", so all browsers will display your text properly.
This program is usefull for both amateur and pro webdesigners/webmasters!
